Wind-Rose Guest House is a quiet family orientated venue situated on the gentle slopes of Firlands between Gordon’s Bay and Somerset West near Cape Town. We offer spectacular sea views from Cape Point to Table Mountain over False Bay and the Hottentots Holland Mountain Range.

The guest house is situated on 3 acres of beautiful indigenous gardens, and offers eight magnificent large double en suite bedrooms opening onto a private terrace where you can relax and enjoy magnificent views and spectacular sunsets. The garden has two private barbecue pits for the use of our guests and their friends if they would like to entertain. All food and drink can be provided upon request.

All bedrooms can accommodate four guests with a king size bed and a double sleeper couch. All rooms are air-conditioned and come equipped with wireless internet, satellite TV, bar fridges with mini bar, hair drier, safe, coffee and tea facilities, toiletries, and ironing facilities. Laundry can be done upon request.

We have an informal lounge / bar area with a full liquor license, where you are invited to socialize with other guests, while being served your drink of choice. The recreational room opens to an outside barbecue area, and is equipped with a pool table for the guest’s enjoyment.

Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the verandah (weather permitting).

Wind-Rose is centrally located in an area that offers beaches, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, waterskiing, diving, whale watching and wine tasting.

Conferences

Our conference facilities can accommodate up to 25 delegates and comes fully equipped with a , DVD / VCR player, flipcharts, white boards, wireless internet, fax facilities, and a multi media projector. We can accommodate up to six break-away groups without using the garden or outside patios.

Day Conference packages are available. All conferences rates include welcome drinks, Morning and Afternoon Tea and a Buffet Lunch.
