• Firstly you must have the right to be able to publish and display any content or material that has been provided by you, that we will use to design your listing.
• Your listing will be created for your establishment for a first year fee of R500* (R350* for Nightsbridge customers). After your first year is complete an annual upfront fee of R350* for Listings will be charged for the second and every subsequent year that your establishment remains a partner / subscriber.
• Your listing will only be started once proof of payment has been received. Once a completed online application or faxed application is received by us you will in return receive an email with our bank account details and a reference number to pay the amount of R500* (R350* for Nightsbridge customers) for your Listing, which needs to be paid within three days of the email being received. Only once payment has been made and an email or fax to prove that payment has been made will work commence on your listing.
• In the case of you owning more than one establishment, a separate application form will need to be completed for each of your properties, unless they are situated on the same property (erf). As far as apartment blocks are concerned, we can only advertise the block on one page if ownership is under sectional title (body corporate). Individual title ownership equates to separate erfs for which individual pages will be designed and charged for. Also in the case of Game Reserves / Parks who have more than one accommodation establishment (eg. lodges or camps) on the reserve, the reserve will be treated as a single entity (single webpage and listing), if however you would like a separate page and listing for each accommodation establishment (lodge, camp etc.) on the reserve, a separate application will have to be completed and submitted thereby incurring separate costs for each establishment.
• You agree to provide Digital Brew cc with material that is final and finished - before the development of your listing can commence. Final material includes 12 landscape orientated digital photographs, your establishment’s logo (if you have one) and text (completed “LISTING COPY TEMPLATE”).
• All information supplied by you must be an accurate portrayal of the nature of your accommodation facilities, amenities and services. No establishments will be listed in areas / locations, if they are not located in those areas or listed under an accommodation category that is not relevant to the accommodation category your establishment provides.
• Under no circumstances will you be allowed to duplicate / replicate any original Material (logos, the site layout/design and all code) created by Digital Brew cc for use in other online or offline publications. Failure to comply will result in the immediate and permanent removal of your establishment’s listing from the Travel and Stay in South Africa website without notice or explanation.
• You agree to indemnify Digital Brew cc against any liability, expense, claim or loss that results from any claims arising out of online publication and display of your listing.
• Once your application is submitted, it will be valid for a period of seven (7) days.
• In order for Digital Brew cc to publish and complete your listing within the allotted time period of twenty (20) working days, all FINAL material must be received PRIOR to commencement of your webpage.
• After your first year of listing is up, and you have indicated that you wish to stay on the Travel and Stay in South Africa website, an invoice from Digital Brew CC will be issued to you for the annual listing fee (currently R350). This invoice must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date in order to avoid the removal of your listing from the Travel and Stay in South Africa website. Once a listing has been removed due to non-payment, you will be able to "re-instate" your listing for a fee of R500 and the annual subscription fee.
• As a long-term subscriber, one annual rates or contact details or pictures change is done at no cost to you. Unfortunately no maintenance will be carried out, if your account reflects any monies owing to Digital Brew cc.
• All cancellation and/or modification notices must please be sent to Digital Brew cc in writing and signed. Thirty (30) days notice is required in the case of cancellations and unfortunately no refund is payable, once you become a paying subscriber. It is therefore recommended that any cancellations should coincide with the year's subscription ending.
• Digital Brew cc needs to be notified, in writing, of any change of property ownership. Please supply us with a signed letter informing us of the finalised sale. Should the new owners wish to continue with the subscription, they need to fax a signed letter to Digital Brew cc, indicating that they are taking ownership of the property, and that they wish to continue with the annual subscription as well as accepting the Terms and Conditions of the supplied service.
• Digital Brew cc will not be held liable for delays in completing your webpage or any other errors that may result from events beyond our control including Acts-of-God, actions by any government entity, fire, flood, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes, labour or material shortage, transportation interruption, Internet or communications failure.
• Digital Brew cc cannot assure that any emails generated from this website are free of errors, virus attachments, interception or interference, and will therefore not be held liable for any such instances. We do however do our best to curtail any abuse of the contact forms, although this cannot always be guaranteed, due to the contact forms being made available to the general public. It is your responsibility to have a reputable Anti-Virus program running on your PC, such as Norton Anti-Virus or McAffee.
• Digital Brew cc will not be held responsible for addressing any reservation enquiries that are directed to us. We simply provide a service whereby interested parties get into contact with an accommodation establishment. We accept no commission for reservations or enter into any reservation enquiries with accommodation seekers. You will take full responsibility in dealing with reservation enquiries with interested parties, seeking accommodation.
• Digital Brew cc reserves the right to keep track of any reservation enquiries an individual establishment may receive, it does so by getting a duplicate email of what the establishment receives. This assists us to monitor the overall effectiveness of the Travel and Stay in South Africa site as well as an individual establishments webpage. Any of the information submitted by the enquirer will not be used for any other purpose.
• All services provided herein by Digital Brew cc are provided on an "as-is" basis. We give no guarantees or assurances with respect to these services.
• Digital Brew cc reserves the right to refuse any Subscriber Webpage application or annual subscription renewal without explanation.
• All business with our clients is conducted under these Terms and Conditions.
