	Complete / Download the online application form
	By submitting the application form, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. You will need to complete a separate application form for each establishment you wish to register. You are also able to download the Application in Word or PDF format, and once completed can fax it back to us at 086 509 5246.
	You will receive an email from us
	Once the application is received an email is sent (to the email address supplied) outlining payment required as well as what materials are required to complete yur listing - we require payment and materials to reach us within 7 days of the Application being submitted).
	Supply us with proof of payment and material
	It is imperative that proof of payment and all your final material (small text and picture changes will be allowed once your listing is completed) be sent within 7 days (preferably the same day as your application) via email to in order for your application to be processed. Please see our material requirements. If you would prefer to post us all your material on a CD, this will also be acceptable. Unfortunately any posted material cannot be returned. 	We create your listing
	Our design team will process your supplied final material into a draft listing and email you notifying you where you can view the completed draft listing.
	You check and approve your new listing
	Once you're completely happy and you've approved the listing, your listing will be made available to the public.
	Once your first year's listing is up...
	After your first year ends, you will be sent an email with a renewal offer, which you can accept or turn down. Once we receive confirmation of your decision you will be sent an invoice. When payment and the proof of payment (faxed deposit slip or SMS from our banking establishment) has been received, your listing will continue to be listed on Travel and Stay in South Africa, thereby successfully increasing your internet exposure, maximising your chance of receiving requests for accommodation from a worldwide clientele. If however you decide you no longer want to be part of the website after your first year's listing, your listing and details will be removed, no questions asked.
