| Below is what we expect from
prospective partners to supply us with in order for us
to design a stylish listing. All images, text, logos and
any other material deemed appropriate, should be supplied
as email attachments, wherever possible. However if you
feel more comfortable supplying the material on a CD (Compact
Disc), that will also be fine. Unfortunately CDs and any
other hardcopy items will not be returned, unless supplied
with an envelope with sufficient postage. This is what
we need from you: |

A maximum of 8 digital LANDSCAPE*
photographs of your establishment's interior, exterior
and scenic views, supplied as e-mail attachments. (*Portrait
photos will be cropped to be landscape) |

Please supply your accommodation establishment's
logo (if you have one) as an e-mail attachment in as high
resolution as possible. It's not important if you don't
have one. |

If your accommodation establishment has
been graded by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa,
we will verify your grading status on the TGCSA
website. |

Any text that you wish to appear on your
webpage - short description, activities, rates, features
etc. must preferably be supplied in as an e-mail attachment.
Please ensure the text you supply has been spellchecked.

Please remember when sending us your material
via e-mail the attachment/s should not be bigger than
5MB in total or we will not receive your email. If you're
proficient
with WinZip then please supply all email attachments
as Zip files. Alternatively break down your email into
a number
of emails with smaller attachments and in the Subject
Line state "Email 1 of 4" etc.

We will create your listing according to
the material supplied, so please ensure it's all correct.
Once complete it will
be published as a "draft" on our website
for you to review.
A few minor
changes
will be allowed, but major changes will be regarded as
extra work and will therefore be subject to additional
charges
at our hourly rate of R300. |
