facilities via a spiral staircase, secure off street
parking, separate entrance. Equipped with washing machine and has airconditioning.
A second first floor twin bedded open
plan unit to suit couple, contains convertible sleeper
couch for child, fully equipped kitchen/diner with full
height fridge, microwave and 2 plate cooker lounge with
TV (M-net), CD/DVD player, shower/toilet (en-suite),
access to pool/braai (barbecue) via a staircase. Equipped with washing machine and has airconditioning.
Scotthaven is within walking distance
of shopping malls and restaurants. Kirstenhof is in
the southern suburbs of Cape Town close to Muizenberg/False
Bay (5kms) and 30 minutes from centre of Cape Town (V&A
Waterfront, Table Mountain cable way). Kirstenbosch
Gardens 15 minutes towards town centre, 25 minutes from
Cape Town International Airport. Long Beach and the
Atlantic Ocean are 15 minutes to the west (through Table
Mountain National Park). Constantia Winelands 10 minutes
away en route to Hout Bay and the World of Birds, Westlake
and Steenberg golf courses are 5 minutes away. When
visiting Cape Point one hour to the south stop off at
Boulders to see the penguins. |
