At Nova Constantia Boutique Residence we pride ourselves on not just offering a fine boutique hotel in the heart of the historical Constantia Valley but rather a private residence that exceeds the expectations of even the most seasoned traveller.

The hotel is situated in a quiet yet accessible leafy suburb of Cape Town, known as the Constantia Valley, which evolved from the very first wine-producing farms established in the Cape colony, as early as 1685. This idyllic location provides the perfect setting to relax and rejuvenate with peace and privacy as the ideal.

Nova Constantia is a generously well designed space of architectural grandeur. Its African Chic contemporary style reflects the best of what the "new South Africa" has to offer. The large private manicured gardens allow you to benefit from the alfresco lifestyle of the Cape and the design theme expands outdoors into several secluded tranquillity areas allowing guests to relax in privacy cocooned in sheer luxury.

Nova Constantia offers you eight generously proportioned suites on three levels, each featuring dressing rooms, kitchenettes as well as private terraces and balconies. Our apartment additionally contains a fully equipped kitchen, private entrance and patio.

We will gladly arrange for an airport transfer. Should you prefer a self-drive, the driving instructions are as follows:
Take M3 South direction Muizenberg, exit at the Kendal Road off-ramp, turn right and then left at the T junction onto Spaanschemat River Road, direction Tokai. Follow the road for 2km. Welbeloond Road will be on your right and Nova Constantia is a second property on the right.

Suites:

All Suite rates are listed on a per person per room per night on sharing basis. There is a 50% suppliment for single rooms. Our rates include breakfast, the use of our Personal Concierge service as well as all taxes and levies.

Apartment:

The Apartment sleeps up to 4 people and offers a self-catering option. All rates are listed on a per room/per night basis and exclude breakfast (optional extra at R 110/person) but include the Personal Concierge service. The rates vary according to the length of stay.

Cancellation policy:

We require a 50% deposit to secure the booking. All major credit cards are accepted and an online booking and payments can be facilitated from our website.

A 50% of the full accommodation amount will be retained for cancellations within 15-30 days of arrival. The full accommodation amount will be retained for cancellations made
less than 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations will only be accepted via email (reservations@novaconstantia.com) or fax (+27(86)6435174). Please ensure that you get a response acknowledging your cancellation.

In the event of early departure, the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged unless otherwise agreed by management (dependent on our ability to re- sell the rooms). We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
