Hide-Away Guest House, is a B&B establishment, located on the main road into Knysna. We are a 15 minute walk from the centre of town and the waterfront and offer amazing views of the Knysna Heads and Lagoon.

We offer 7 well-appointed ensuite rooms, ranging from Executive with lagoon view to Standard with no lagoon view and thus cater for most budgets. Rooms are fitted with DSTV (bouquet selection), air conditioning, fan, heater, clock radio/alarm, mini bar, hairdryer, complimentary tea/coffee tray, mini safe and gowns. All guests have access to complimentary wireless internet, a small gym and swimming pool. Sufficient offstreet parking is available for all guest vehicles.

Knysna - and Hide-Away Guest House - is the ideal hub from which to explore the sights of the Garden Route. We are short distances from Tsitsikama National Park where you can enjoy a Canopy Tree Tour or for the more adventurous, do the Bungy Jump off the Bloukrans Bridge. Visit Tenikwa, Birds of Eden and Monkeyland in The Craggs and do not miss out on a trip to the Knysna Elephant Park where you can touch and feed an elephant. A stay in Knysna would not be complete without a trip to the Featherbed Nature Reserve. Take a walk on the beach between Brenton-on-Sea and Buffalo Bay - one of the most beautiful beaches in the Western Cape. A day trip to Oudtshoorn is also possible - visit the Cango Caves and an ostrich farm. Shark diving is possible in Mossel Bay - another day's outing from Knysna.
