Ebubeleni, in the language of the Eastern Cape’s Xhosa peoples, means “Place of Hospitality”. It is geared towards those wishing to relax in comfort and luxury in tranquil country surrounds. It is a place where true hospitality is your privilege.

We offer 5 luxury en-suite rooms with air conditioning and under-floor heating, private kitchen and lounge. Ebubeleni offers it’s guests everything under one roof – a movie room (one of only two guesthouses in Port Elizabeth to boast such a facility!), a games room with a full size snooker table, a gym, a courtesy bar, a pool and a Jacuzzi.

We offer exquisite cuisine or self-catering, as well as wi-fi, secure parking and barbeque facilities.

Ebubeleni is graded 4 stars with TGCSA (Tourist Grading Council SA) and rated as Superior with AA Travel. We are also a member of PEMBBA (PE Municipal Bed and Breakfast Association).

Ebubeleni Guesthouse is located in Port Elizabeth (Nelson Mandela Bay Metro), in the Eastern Cape of South Africa, in a malaria free area.

Ebubeleni is a no-smoking establishment, although guests are welcome to smoke outside.
A refundable damage deposit of R300 is payable up front.
All rates for accommodation are payable in advance.
Ebubeleni is principally a self-catering establishment but full catering can be arranged on request. An extensive a la carte menu is available for breakfasts and meals ranging from simple to the best of South African to exquisite cuisine.
