Dolphin Beach Apartment is situated in the upmarket Dolphin Beach Complex on the beachfront in Bloubergstrand. The Dolphin Beach Protea Hotel and Blowfish Restaurant are also on the same premises. There is no road between the complex and the beach, so it is just a short walk across a boardwalk to the water’s edge.

Bloubergstrand is only 30 minutes from Cape Town and the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront and the same distance to Cape Town International Airport.

The apartment faces the vlei and does not have a sea view. Water sport acitivities such as windsurfing and waterskiing are available on the vlei. The apartment is within 5 minutes drive to many restaurants and 2 shopping centres. The Milnerton and Atlantic Beach Golf Club is about 10 minutes drive from the complex.

The apartment consists of one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, (shower over bath), lounge, fully equipped kitchen, dining room leading on to a balcony facing the vlei. There is also a pre-paid telephone and television with M.Net in the apartment.
 
Directions
 
•
 Follow the N2 from airport in the direction of Cape Town.
•
 Take exit 9 (M5 North/Milnerton) and carry on till you reach the Milnerton M5/Paarl sign.
•
 Keep in the right lane, the left lane goes on to Cape Town.
•
 Carry on towards Milnerton/Malmesbury. From here on, the M5 is also called Koeberg Road.
•
 At the entrance to Milnerton, turn left into Boundary Road and at the next traffic light, turn right into Otto du Plessis Drive (R27).
•
 Carry on through Milnerton, past Sunset Beach, until you see the Dolphin Beach Hotel on your left.
•
 At traffic lights with sign Marine Drive, turn left and immediately left again into the complex.
