Accommodation is provided on a bed and breakfast or self catering basis. The establishment features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a lounge with DSTV.

It has an en-suite bedroom with double bed with a sleeper couch in lounge for children to sleep on. The lovely wooden deck provides you with beautiful views, and the braai facilities ensure that meals and entertaining can be enjoyed outdoors on the deck. Dawnview Inn has a private entrance and also has a security system along with safe parking, ensuring peace of mind whilst on holiday.

The swimming beach is within walking distance of Dawnview Inn and it also has an outside shower to wash off any sea sand.

Full cell phone coverage is available and an email facility is available on request at an additional fee, so all your communication needs are taken care of.

Laundry facilities such as a washing machine, tumble dryer and washing line are also available to use ensuring clean clothes through the duration of your stay at Dawnview Inn.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed and no smoking is allowed indoors.

Booking Information
Dawnview Inn, reserves the right to change the facilities, booking information and / or rates at no or little prior notice.

Payments
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance of the payment is due 30 days before arrival. Failure to do so could result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellation
If a booking is cancelled, cancellation fees will be due and payable according to the following:
31+ days before arrival:          No fee
14 - 30 days before arrival:     25%
8 - 13 days before arrival:       50%
0 - 7 days before arrival:         Full price

Should a guest need to cancel a booking during the cancellation period for whatever reason, but is able to find replacement guests for the period of the booking, a full refund payment will be made on receipt of the replacement guests' full payment. Both establishments reserve the right to cancel any booking prior to arrival, in which event the entire payment will be refunded.
