Cielo offers accommodation in a lusciously serene garden setting, centrally located in the heart of leafy Waterkloof in Pretoria, Gauteng. This stylish one-bedroom apartment (sleeping one or two people) offers private accommodation with modern facilities yet has the charm, character and visual appeal of blissful surrounds reminiscent of the Mediterranean.

Nestled securely within an embassy community on one of Waterkloof’s most beautiful streets, Cielo offers comfort and flexibility with the convenience of easy access to all main arterial routes: N1, N4 and R21, thereby making it ideal for tourists and business travellers alike.

Accommodation:

Cielo is a smoke free, 50 sq metre, fully furnished apartment with a queen size bed in the roomy bedroom, complemented by built in robes, air conditioning, a safe and ample storage for clothes and luggage.

The bathroom contains an airy shower as well as a bath. The apartment features a separate toilet. Two basins/sinks add extra comfort to your stay.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, stove and fridge.

The separate living room comprises a desk, chair, sofa, satellite television (DSTV) and DVD machine with more built-in cupboards for your convenience.

Daily Rate: R700-00 per night for the apartment (plus R100-00 refundable keys deposit)

Weekly or monthly rates can be negotiated.

Payment Terms and Conditions:

An upfront 50% deposit is payable upon day of booking; balance of amount is payable in advance on day of arrival. Corporate and Travel Agents are required to make pre-payment for their guests.

Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the 50% deposit is not received within 48 hours from making reservations

Cancellation Policy:

Less than 7 days: forfeit the full deposit.

From 7 - 14 days: forfeit 75% of deposit.

From 14 - 21 days: forfeit 50% of deposit.

From 21 - 28 days: forfeit 25% of deposit

Credit Cards are not accepted. EFT (Electronic Transfer) is accepted. Please e-mail/ fax proof of EFT to Cielo to secure booking.

Cielo reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who don't comply with payment terms and conditions.

Cielo Conditions:

- Check in time is from 14h00 until 21h00.

- Check out time is from 10h00. Late checkouts to be arranged . Checkouts after 10h00 will incure a surcharge of R50.

- No person other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the apartment. If this occurs, an extra charge of R400-00 per person per night will be added to account.
