7 Caribbean Sands is a compact 1st floor (no lifts available) self catering apartment in a secure complex surrounded by 6 foot walls and remote controlled gate with uncovered parking inside the premises is in a quiet residential area of Bloubergstrand, with easy access to shops, facilities, entertainment and the beach.

This 1 bedroom fully furnished 1st floor apartment is specifically catered to sleeping two persons (a couple) on a queen size bed.

It's roughly 200m from the Bayside & Tableview Malls where you can shop, eat, watch a movie or just browse. The beautiful Blouberg beach is aprox.500m away where you can see the famous Robin Island as well as a beautiful view of Table Mountain. These beaches are most popular for wind and kite surfing.

The apartment is approx.8km from the 1st Winery which marks the gateway to many others all within a 64km radius around Durbanville Hills.

It is also approximately: 20 minute drive from Cape Town's international airport or the closest casino. 15 minute drive from the popular Rutanga Junction (Canal Walk). 15 minutes from 2 golf courses. Virgin Active & Planet Fitness are also close. Times may vary depending on traffic flow.

The unit is furnished with a contemporary theme which consists of an open planned kitchen/lounge area and 1 bedroom with en suite (shower only). We supply clean linen, towels, all cutlery, crockery etc. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, kettle, bar fridge, microwave, stove with under counter oven and we supply coffee, sugar, tea and a welcoming sherry.

The unit has a 32" LCD TV with a Select1 DSTV bundle available for your TV viewing which is connected to a surround sound HTS. You will find a hairdryer in the bed side table for your use. Unfortunately, there are no BBQ facilities or sea view.

The unit is a non-smoking unit and is not suitable to people who struggle with stairs or who rely on a wheel chair or other walking devices.

The weather: Summer temperatures in December to February range from around 15 to 27 degrees Celsius, whilst in the winter months of June to August average temperatures are between 3 to 17 degrees Celsius. Rainfall is moderate throughout the year and there are refreshing sea breezes which can sometimes turn a little bracing during the winter.

Deposits:

A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings and the balance is to be paid on arrival. A further R250-00 REFUNDABLE breakage deposit to be paid upfront with the 50% deposit.

Cancellation terms:

Cancellation on day of arrival or during stay will result in full amount being forfeited. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival -50% of the amount paid. Cancellation 15-28 days prior to arrival -25% of the amount paid.
